I thought this might be a follow up to the "praise GNAS judges" thread we had recently. A place to tell tales of daring do, efforts beyond the call of duty and sharing of witty anecdotes.

Great to have someone saying something positive about coaches for once.

If I have to name names, Kath & Mick Fitzpatrick would have to be top of my list for quality of coaching, proven experience, (both shoot quite well, if thats important), great fun to work with and general all round good eggs both.

If were a compound archer wanting technical talk, Ben from Merlin probably gets my vote. His 2+ hour talk about cams and things to a class of coach candidates (he was part of the class, incidentally) was spell-binding to say the least.

I could make this list of "praise the coach" much much longer, but I think my £0.02 has run out. Who's next?
I would be very happy to hear about the great attributes of the coaches that you rate so highly. If you wish, then this can be by PM.
