No sure if this counts.......

Went out to the garage saturday afternoon to clean up my dad's old set of X7's ready for me to start shooting at the end of april.

Bottle of b&q's finest white spirit and some hot soapy water.

Started whipping off the old brittle fletchings and cleaning the glue off, some of the pile's had ingrained mud etc, scrubbing brush and water wouldn't shift.

So put the first one pile first gentley into the white spirit bottle and leave it for a few minutes take it out, all the dirt etc comes off loverly..........Great methinks!........continiues with the rest.........unfortunately...with less care each time, the smell of white spirit is getting stronger, there seems to be rather alot on my work bench.....soak it up with a rag and carry on.....still more on the work bench.......picks up bottle its pouring out of the bottom.

I conclusion don't drop arrows into a plastic bottle they pin hole the base and make a big stinky mess........decanted the white spirit into a fork oil bottle and made the noise commonly associated with Homer Simpson.
