tenzone training website
Just wondered if any of you've seen the tenzone training website http://www.tenzone.u-net.com/ it has detailed information muscle training as well as the mental side of the sport, oh and you have to try the concentration game http://www.tenzone.u-net.com/psych/index.htm I have used this site for reference many times.
