IMO, unless your hands are oddly shaped, I would advise against using a lefthanded grip for a righthander or vice versa. If you do this, then it's likely you'll end up torqueing the bow. or rotating your wrist out of line. If it really does feel comfortable for you, then perhaps you should try it, but with caution.

I had a quick look at the jager site on the "best" main page and yes, they're all right-handed
