Multi-vitamins

For the last month or so I've been feeling pretty lathargic..flat..tired most of the time and have always put it down to hay fever. I've been having a varied diet, red meat, fish vegetables, chocolate etc, so thinking I'm missing something, last monday, I decided to pay our local chemists a visit and see what supplements they had. Well I have never seen so many bottles of trace elements in my life so I called over the guy in the white coat behind the counter. Told him of my situation and after a brief consultation gave me a bottle of multi-vitamin tablets which contained about a months supply of one a day. He said that in all probability after only a week it would make me feel like an 18 year old. Well, I parted with my £1.59 and I have to say...I'll take my hat off to the guy in the white coat, because he was right..this morning I do feel like an 18 year old....trouble is....I don't know any!
