Choosing arrows for lanky archers?

Hey Guys,

I've started coaching my school squad since the start of this year and I've started a school advanced development squad for the guys that have been really good. All recurve

One of the guys, He's shooting about 26lb on fingers and 1916 Jazz in factory length, 31", total arrow= 31.5". That IMO is too short for him as when we tried to get him into alignment the arrow falls off the rest and his bow arm shoulder is still high too so... I'm thinking we'll need at least a 33" arrow to get all that sorted. His bow arm is not over-extended but not really relaxed, the elblow face is vertically parallel with the string.

But... Does anyone have any suggestions for a spine and a model of an arrow that'd make up a 32.5"-33" arrow and still be able to shoot off a 26lb bow?

Jay
