No, its a miss, scores are "The position of the shaft in the face" or "as the shaft lies in the face" Fita book 2 Rule 7.6.2, GNAS rule 306(a)(iii) & 306(e), Judges guidlines page 19, so a pin nock would not count as scoring, hope that helps.
