Triple Spine Question

I'm about to order a bunch of (6-8) Triples.

I draw 26,5" to the plunger, 36# on the fingers, so 28" arrows would be ok, right? I haven't fiddle too much around tuning so far... just set tiller 0, BH 23,5cm, and the nocking point with bare shaft with a medium crawl at 15m.
I shoot 29,5" 100gr Redlines now, and the bare shafts go to the right. Yeah, they should be OK, but long for me. I don't want to cut them any shorter, because my father will shoot them as I get the Triples.

I have read, that Triples are measured in a different way.

Which spine should I get? (I'd like the 110gr points in them)
