This may be incorrect: As the chart shows, for a stronger bow (so stiffer shaft) you need smaller number on the shaft. So smaller number = stiffer shaft. But a stiffer shaft needs more weight to deflect the same way.

The measurements made by various archers tell the same.

Speed! You are right about pin nocks. What about pin G nocks? I love the G nocks I have in the Redlines... Are OB and "Arrowsmith Components" the same company?

What about the points?
Ob is Arrowsmith and his pins are rated the best for the triple shaft.
I would recommend the Easton pin nocks even though they are more expensive. The G nock will not fit a shaft with a pin so they are rulled out.
