| my head hurts already !!!!! hi
Thanks for the info, I used to shoot kevlar strings and with the carbon limbs the yamaha is very tolerant.
Yes the Bemans just about came out as I was stepping down. just got a 8125 string which I need to nock up and test
just want to get better cast and lower flight for the arrow.
As said I was getting a majority of my shot on target so with a bit of work should be able to bring the group within the blue without too much trouble .. he says !!!!! :0)... and with a faster bow/arrow/string that would help
Auzz is stopping my equipment upgrade but been checking out the scene in Oz and it looks healthy with Simon fairweather and top korean coaches and archers... will have to see...
to be honest it all depends on the kids if the take it up I get a "get out of jail and to the range card" from the Mrs without them I am doing hard time and not passing go.. :0/
its seems most gents are shooting the Hoyt, I was always a Yamaha shooter, a ytsl mk2 and then the EX and upgraded the limbs to custom.
Is this correct??
I know the Korean ladies shoot samick and shoot the same score on the 12 arrow head to head as the gents and if not better... (really want to try that I loved 70m/80 yds ) but notices Quicks only list the limbs upto 42lbs which i guess with the carbon/foam limbs and lighter faster x10 etc is definatly enough...
After shaking like a leaf after 3 dozen I think 42lbs will be more than enough for me.. lol
waffling now
thanks for the help and will look into arrows and limbs a bit further
cheers
happy shooting
