To directly answer your initial question you should be getting a 66 inch bow with limbs marked at 42lbs at 28, this will give you 38lbs at your draw length. I am assuming that when you say draw length you mean that and not arrow length which is typically a bit longer.

You can still pick up limbs that will fit the hoyt on ebay but they are few and far between. I would suggest looking at winstar II a really good intimediate riser and light for carrying round a coarse and any limb as long as it hasn't got wood in it carbon/glass and carbon/foam limbs are much faster than the old wood cores.

i would also think about changing your arrows carbon/alis and all carbon arrows will be faster than your aluminium ones
