Hi Mark,
The tactile sight used to be a fine pointed paint brush, (artist type) on a stand so that the bow hand could be held over the bristles. By lifting or lowering and moving the stand to one side or the other, the initial sighting could be done.After that, the archer is told where the arrows land. Later the archer learns which part of the hand should rest on the bristles and what pressure. This may have been changed but it would work.
