Serve In : Cocktail Glass (6 oz) as shown above
Type : Alcoholic Cocktail
Serves : 1
1 fl oz (25 ml) vodka
½ fl oz (12 ml) chambord
2 fl oz (50 ml) pineapple juice
ice cubes as required - Mix all the ingredients over ice cubes in a mixing can.
- Stir with hand several times till icy cold.
- Strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glass(es).
- TIP:
- Chambord is a raspberry liqueur.
- 7-up may be used in place of pineapple juice (halve the quantity of 7-up, i.e., 1 oz per glass).
