Archery Learning Centre was started by George Ryals who is a pro shooter for Hoyt but used to design bows for Martin. As such he was very active on Archery Talk, which is a forum hosted by Martin (the manufacturer, not some bloke called Martin )
As most people have found, Archery Talk is only tolerable in small doses, but it used to have alot of pro archers on frequently who would help out with tuning tips and technique etc.......unfortunately, due to the high a**ehole content, most left.
Archery Learning Centre was partly started as a means to get those pro shooters, and more importantly their experience, back in the public domain.

Archery Talk still has a valuable database of tips if you use the search function, but I think they have cleared out anything on the servers that was more than 2 years old.

I've found most information I've been looking for on either Saggi, ALC or AT
