OK, so now I'm confused! I did my first ever tournament yesterday (Western 8 dozen @ 50yds and 40yds) and came away with a score of 474. Nothing particularly remarkable about that, and there's definitely scope for improvement next time out. A fantastic day's shooting though, a great day's fun, and got a tan too!
The thing I was most confused by was that I reduced my handicap by around 8 (down to 61 now I believe), ended up with a total score on the day of 1664 (or somewhere near there I think), and finished second in the adult class for the day! Which was a total shock!
Can someone point me in the direction of some handicap charts or somewhere I can view these figures so I can comprehend how these things are worked out please?
