| I agree Marcus, but I do feel the difference between shooting compound off fingers and recurve is not proportional to the attitude that I some times come across. It has been mentioned here before the 'compound is cheating' , not amoungst multi style archers.I managed to quieten it down a bit this winter when I shoot a bare bow portsmouth with a starter recurve and scored 500 but it is still there. I would like people to look at the rig I shoot and get an accurate idea of the advantage I have with it rather than just dismiss what I shoot and the way I shoot as 'just compound'. Other compound archers do understand the differences and the extra difficulty in the style I shoot. |
