But the point is that you shouldn't allow yourself to expect less of shooting in bad weather. You
can take it into account in your assessment afterwards, but there it's best to compare how you performed relative to the field, rather than to just arbitrarily assign an 'allowance'.
Personally, I think it's probably best in adverse conditions, to focus on how well you are shooting, rather than how well you are scoring... (scratch 'adverse conditions', replace with 'any conditions'
