Field Archery Clubs
Hiya. I'm asking for a newbie in our club. Is there any Field Archery Clubs in or around Hertfordshire. Stevenage area.

Avalon, One of the best clubs NFAS in the country is up the A1 from you, in Sandy.
Also Cloth of Gold is in Enfield

Orion are in St Albans but I think are invitation only

and the EFAA list a Free spirit archers in welwyn garden city, but I know nothing of them

I belong to a field archery club just south of Hertford - Celtic Harmony. However, it is longbow only, so may not suit. We're a new club, but have been gathering 3D targets and hope to be running some wooden arrow events over 2008.

Avalon is a great place to shoot, though usually challenging.

as ratfighter has mentioned, cloth of gold, however i dont know if the guys from the enfield club have somewhere to practice at the moment as they recently lost there shooting grounds unless something has been sorted,
