Smile Heavy Arrows

The only reason I'm a little disappointed with the weight is that, prior to purchasing the Boyton Scots Pine arrows I was looking at some Sitka Spruce ones. Having trawled the 'net and read up I discovered the Sitka ones were lighter the POC, as I'm trying to squeeze every yard out of my bow I thought they'd be a good idea. Whilst reading further I discovered that the Boyton ones are much better quality and should last longer.

I'm sure that I'll be more than happy with my purchase, when I've made two dozen of them up that is! I'm gonna stain them black, then danish oil them and use black dumpy trueflights with orange nocks. Nice...

Ferretman, I built my scots pine arrows a few weeks ago, they are great they're really strong look pretty damn straight and they were accurately spined (i.e they were in +/- 1lb of each other, I know because I spine tested them to get evenly matched arrows)

Goldflight's delivery time was superb, literally 24hours from placement of order to my grubby hands.
