I was trying to form the base mounting and backdrop for it today! All so as not to damage a single arrow and not lose any water either. There was crazy foam everywhere! I was scratching my chin how to do it and found out just how sticky the old crazy foam is! hehe

impa, as a member of both GNAS and NFAS, I could do either, I'm in a bit of a quandary, which one I should book in for. Which one has the most AIUK members booked in?

Hiya I'm thinking of doing this. Having never done this kind of shoot before and I need help. What is 'Recurve Freestyle'?

Hi Field Archer,

Good Question - whats the difference between the two!

The GNAS shall be shot to GNAS 3D rules. The closest distance for a 3D will be 10 yeards. Their will be a clean lane to the target, i.e. it shall not be obscured for any archer of any height, right/left hand. Targets shall be shot down straight lanes. 3Ds may be turned at an angle.

Now the NFAS shall be shot to NFAS rules. There is no minimum distace. As long as an archer of any height, right/left hand can see the highest scoring zone, then that wil be a shot. 3Ds may be turned at an angle.

These are the primary ideas behind the shoots, so they are subject to change.

Good Shooting,

Stu

For all of you AI's who know 'Its my party',

He was sketching out his design for the waterfall last night, and it sounds fantastic.

Hi Ruth,

Yep, unless you've got VERY good eyesight you won'y be able to see the scoring zones.

Archers will be able to go and inspect the targets before the sesion starts. This will allow you to get an idea where the scoring zones are.

Stu
