field scoring

Hi All We have just set up a field course and are trying to get hold of some score sheets,
Others from the club have asked quicks etc but tell me they cant find any. But i imagine some one out there will know.
The one ( photo copied to bits ) that we have is on a thick paper almost card thich makes it better to write on also copies from an ink jet printer just love the water

NFAS, IFAA, EFAA or GNAS I think most clubs (ours anyway!) get them printed up specially, at local printers.
