| Last year's Beginners
Does anyone have any ideas for revitalising last year's beginners? Many sign up, some even buy their own bows, most find our winter arrangements off-putting, and, come April, archery is part of their past. Social events? "Intermediate courses"? Bombarding with letters? Or do we just accept that we will only retain 5% of new members?
And are there any readily-available reward schemes suitable for adults? |
