| RE: Newbie: Just started using clicker..... One good exercose I forgot to mention - draw your bow and aim, now draw through the clicker, and when it drops, draw a little more and then let down.
This servers several purposes...
1) if you flinch or loose, your clicker is controlling you, you MUST overcome this
2) it will show you just how far you can REALLY draw - video the clicker area, you may be very surprised
3) it helps lengthen and strengthen the relevant muscle groups.
4) it will let you see if you're pulling the arrow off the rest and only the clicker is holding it on
5) probably some others I haven't considered!
Best to do this at the end of a session - 5-10 times is probably enough |
