I've thought about the team events too - but couldn't really think of a way to get it done easily, most clubs don't have enough to make a good team (especially a women's team) and most people aren't prepared to travel that much. Could the rounds be done at county level, or perhaps a few clubs could band together and there be knockouts within a county?
GNAS have of course introducted the team indoor as well as the one at the premier event, but that's a mixed event.
BUTC (a university event) was fun but it wouldn't have been so good if the one time i did it my team had gone out in the first round, as half are bound to do. I've noticed a tendancy for those who go through a bit randomly to love h2hs!
And basically I shoot just the same (although maybe a bit quicker) whatever the event - archery is still in my opinion an individual sport, even if the rounds are for a team.
