The Beiter rest is designed to work with the Beiter button, but that does not mean that anything else is utterly inferior and inadequate. I shot indoors last year with a Striker button, and that's hardly a name synonymous with high-quality kit. It worked well enough and I only had to make the hole a bit bigger.
To put it another way - if it was a wraparound rest that had an arm that wasn't high enough, would you:
a) bend it upwards so the arrow ran down the centre of the button;
b) buy fatter arrows so they ran down the centre of the button.
You bend the damn thing, or in this case take a drill bit to it and make it a bit bigger.
