Arrow spine for longbows is a far from exact science. I start with the arrows rated at 2/3 the bow's draw wieght for a 28" arrow, make them up and see how they fly. If they come out wrong, adjust the spine for the next lot. The problem is that being made of natuaral materials every bow shoots differently and what will work with one 50lb bow won't work with another. I would start with 40/45lb shafts with 100grn piles for your set up, make up half a doz and see how they go.
