So who's in Doncaster on 6th August, eh? Eh?
Last year was a bit of a 'mare for me -- I arrived 10 seconds before sighters were due and never really got settled; my bow was tuned abysmally; and I was the lowest-finishing gents recurver using a sight. And the food was crap. Nice enough bottle of fizz in the raffle, though.
Hopefully I'll be better this year. I know which junction of the M1 to use (and I now know that Doncaster isn't signposted from the M1 when travelling south
), and will bring my own grub. That's bound to result in an earth-shattering score.
