Tempted by this shoot myself.

I think you should approach it the same as you would a York or FITA. Just maybe take a little more time between each arrow - use the full time allowed. Try to sit down between ends. Drink plenty of fluids (especially if the weather is the same as we are having now).

Remember it's not uncommon to have 3 ends of practice at a FITA, so you may have shot 162 plus arrows in competition before.

In truth I wouldn't do anything different from normal - shoot one arrow at a time.
