In most imperial rounds (all outdoor), we use the "Prince's reckoning"...9,7,5,3,1 for gold, red, blue, etc.

For all international rounds (FITA ones), we score 10,9,8,7,6,etc for inner gold, outer gold, inner blue, etc.

The little circle inside the inner gold is scored as an X rather than a 10. It still scores 10 but the number of Xs may be used in a tournament if two people have the same score.

Indoors there are a few exceptions, but most rounds score 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.

It is different indoors for compound archers, but since you shoot recurve, I'll not complicate things.
