Question Radio Times Robin Hood

In the Radio Times magazine, dated 2nd - 8th september 2006, on page 12, there is a picture of a Robin Hood archer. This is a historic legend, of course, and as such the programme coming to our televisions will be as close to it would have been like as possible. However!
In said picture on page 12, we see a set of longbow arrows with plastic nocks. Surely not?
