It could well be a coincidence.
Guy's best friend is called Nigel and he lives in Keighley, and 3 of the 4 items for sale are amongst things I wasn't able to get from the house.
I have sent a message to the seller and had no response - as a seller myself, had I got that message I would have replied saying I was mistaken and as you say, it must be a coincidence. I sent the message before the hoyt grip was listed so they would have got the message and could've replied. They might do it once they read this thread now.
You can reason with most people but that goes out of the window when people have a mental illness, sad as that may be
