is indeed 4 doz @ 40 and 3 doz @ 30. See Page 3-8 of the Rules of Shooting. 2006 version
If this came from the 2004
GNAS Rules of Shooting, it was wrong. Just like it said a Stafford was 5 doz - it's actually 6 doz...
