Yes, I had guessed that might be a way after looking up 3 doz at 70m and extrapolating (  ) to 6 doz.
I guess it'll fall on Neil Dimmocks shoulders to give the round a classification!

Once you have the handicaps you can easily work out the classification. For any particular age group look at other rounds. The classification is at an identical handicap level.
Thus for Gents recurve a 1st class score (if it is available for that round) will fall at the 44 hcap level.
