I wholeheartedly agree. We sometimes hear on the forum of shops who offer bad service. However this sort of behavior is what can drive a shop out of business. Customers need to have some respect for the shops too....
I have had to wait for half an hour at times in the past while a shop took a lot of time letting people try different bows and limbs. At the end one family having spent nearly 2 hours then asked the shop to write down the specifications of everything. Now it may be that they were not in a position to buy that day while waiting for the next pay packet, but I suspect not....
Once again I hope the Borders work well. As far as I am concerned they are a company that deserve all the success they can get.
