Depends how much length you need to gain. if you're talking a small amount - less than half an inch - you could try adding twists to the cables (add twice as many twists to the control cable as you add to the buss cable). 3 turns into the buss cable should do it. This will increase draw weight and draw length, but you'll need to check and possibly reset your timing too.

You can also take a few (2 or 3) turns out of the string, but be careful doing this as it can screw-up your peep rotation. You need a fair few twists in the string to keep the peep rotating correctly and consistently.

To do any of this you will need a bow press, but a pocket-press (such as Bowmaster) will do fine. You can pick-up one for about £40. It's all I ever use for changing strings or cables, although I wouldn't want to start swapping axels etc wth just this.
