stealthshot,sts,do they work?

I have just seen the new compounds from Hoyt for 07.Some have a string suppressor device called a 'stealthshot' fitted. I was wondering if anyone this side of the pond has tried the similar system that has been available in the States called the STS and what they think.
I am in the process of making my own version to fit on my Trykon XL to see what effect this has on the shot and to hopefully stop some of the 'twang'.
