The rest you are using will give metal to metal contact and that, plus the "slack" in the system, aggravates any tendency to squeak.
Sometimes a slight change in the angle of the connecting block(the part you bolt to the bow) will cure the squeaks. Or changing the angle of the arm itself;closer to the riser if that is an option.
New Archery flipper rest11 comes with a plastic sleeve over its wire arm. If you could fit one (or similar) that would help.A wrap of plastic tape round the wire also works but tends to need replacing every so often.
