I agree about the Renapur, it was very good on bike leathers, even on Goretex lined boots. I have been told that if the nocking point is spot on bow hand protection should not be necessary as the arrow flies above the hand... when I collected my Bickerstaffe Pip put a nocking point on for me and I have not needed a bow hand glove since. Very occasionally a slight scuff, but always a bad loose.
