Do a seach on oneida there are different models, Oneida Eagles, Strike Eagles, Tomcats The newer bows will be out of your price range at the moment. I have just had a look and there is a real nice Oneida Lite Force Magnum on Ebay at the moment item number 150049986109. the bidding is at $178 at the moment. This is one of the all time greats of the Oneidas range smooth and fast and a quality bow. It all depends on what it gets up to, but there is only one day and 15 hours left. So it might stay within your limit. There is also a peep sight and arrow rest on it so you just need a D loop, arrows, a sight and release aid to shoot it .Make no mistake this bow is worth stretching your budget for. It's more bow than you will need as a beginner but it will save you the price of your second bow. If I could convince my wife I'd buy it.
Next there is a Strike Eagle, item number 19004511387 This will make a good finger bow according to the seller it has been overhauled.for this bow you will need an arrow rest berger button sight tab and arrows as it is a bear bow. If you are going to shoot this one off fingers you should use an under the chin anchor like the recurve target archers you see on the olypics.
You need to get your draw lenght measured at a pro shop before you buy. the Lite Force Magnum is a medium which I think is 29 to 30 inches draw lenght the Strike Eagle Eagle is a short which is 28 to 29 inches.for this bow get your draw lenght measured recurve style.
