I realised that later when going through the posts - your triangle drawing made me draw the idea you were using the square bottomed one - which is why I went and marked the holes on mine and delared it to be an equilateral triangle. This is the jig I was getting unequal spacing on my thin arrows from.

I've just had a look at my Tollgate and marked the right and left on the arrow nock wedge thingy at each of its three positions. It gives me six equi-distant lines round the circle.

I think there is something else afoot here
