They are good but can become noisey over time as the moving parts become worn. The Regi Rest is a good rest. Supplied by quicks. Is been around for years and is as simpl as it gets. Others like the Kap/Win and Win are good magnestic rests but half the price of the spig. Any rest around £8 are good.
