Anything from about £8 for a (crappy) Cartel up to £60 for a fancy Beiter. If you're using a rest other than the Hoyt plastic £1.50 jobbie, then you'll need one. It acts as a spring plunger against the shaft of the arrow as it leaves the bow, and tunes the flight of the arrow. It's also used to move the arrow position to the centre of the bow (centreshot).
