| Isn't wind chill a subjective figure? I thought it's the temperature that we would feel IF the wind wasn't blowing.
If you're interested, there is a formula for calculating wind chill...
EWCT = 33-([18.97 * vV - V + 37.62]/[18.97 * vVr - Vr + 37.62]) * (33 - T)
where T = air temp in C, V = wind speed in km/hr and Vr = average walking speed.
Doesn't solve your problem but it may win you a point in the next pub quiz
