Just a couple quick tips.

1. Stand tall. A slouching posture can cause back problems if you start to pull heavy poundage
2. Pose. Too many archers drop there bow arm (arm holding the bow) the look for the arrow. Dont worry about the arrow. Just pose and keep you arms up until the arrow has hit the target or the grass.
3. Dont get dipondant if you miss. We all miss and make mistakes. The more you practice and enjoy it the better you will get.
4. Final tip. Listern to your instructor. Chances are he knows more than you so take his advise.
