Haven't heard that one.

23 inch riser plus
Short limbs = 64 inch bow
Med limbs = 66 inch bow
Long limbs = 68 inch bow

25 inch riser plus
Short limbs = 66 inch bow
Med limbs = 68 inch bow
Long Limbs = 70 inch bow.
