| Our garden is too small and hazardous to shoot in, but I have an 90 cm straw boss in a spare room. I can shoot at a distance of about two to three long rods! I have a target face on the boss, but I don't aim at the centre, I aim at the top edge of the face and shoot along. Sometimes, for variety, I shoot down the left side of the face.
The straw boss was about £25, but I don't think it will last very long... |
