Its a fine line between the entries covering costs, and then there are the extras like food and other things which are helped on covering the cost by the raffle.
A £1.50 bacon roll isnt going to sell as well as a £1 one,
but if some raffle money can be used to offset this 'loss' then all the better. If the prizes can be got at the right price then its a very good subsidy to put towards the next shoot.
