| Finger/Tab issue...
Not been able to shoot for the past couple of weeks due to our venue being closed for Crimbo/New Year, but I have been doing some reverals at home.
Something has been annoying though. After a few draws, the fingers on my draw hand start to get sore and rather red. I have narrowed the problem down to 3 things:
1) Not been shooting too long, and fingers need toughening up
2) Poor form causing excees pressure on fingers
3) Not enough protection from finger tab
Plan on speaking to the coach on tuesday about it, but thought I would ask you knowledgable chaps/chapettes first.
