| Weight activated releases like the Loesch and Carter Evolution help a lot with these problems. I had all the usual problems, punching, heavy flinching and below gold freezing until I changed to a Loesch release. It not easy to learn but gradually all the bad stuff goes away. I found that after a period of shooting with this release I was able to regain total control and now I find I can shoot any release I like. It's almost magic.
