Credit where credit's due - my expectations have been significantly exceeded!

Browsing on New Year's Eve, picked out a (fairly large) handful of bits and pieces and sent my order online (fully expecting it to be processed sometime next week - no urgency on anything).

Email to confirm dispatch arrived New Years Day at about 1130.

Goods arrived this morning (correct and complete).

I'm pretty sure you'd struggle to get better mail order service than that.

My favourite store, usually next day if you order before twelve, but a couple of days max. This is the store, of all the ones online, I try to use the most.
